EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

This Agreement is between TU NGUYEN(the owner of ProNails) and ______(the employee) and is effective this______day of ______2014. The parties recoginize and agree that this Agreement is the product of the joint efforts and is legally binding

A. ProNails is full service Nail Salon located at 160B W Broadway, Jackson, WY 83002

B. TU NGUYEN IS THE CURRENT OWNER OF pRONAILS

C. Abucado is hiring as the current operator of ProNails

AGREEMENT

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, and for value received, the Parties agree as follows:

1. Competing Businesses

Under this Agreement, the Employee shall not be employed by or otherwise engage in or be interested in any business in competition with the Company, or with any of its subsidiaries or affilicates for the next 3 years after the period of his employment.

2. Position; Employment Period

The Company hereby employs the Eployee as its Manager, and the Employee hereby agree to serve in such capcacity, for the peroid beginging ______, 2014, and ending on______

3. Performance of Duties

The Employee agrees that during his management Period he shall devote his full business time to the business affairs of the Company and shall perform his duties faithfully and efficiently subject to the direction of the owner of the Company. The Employee should hold full responsibilites that are within the scope and character asscociated or required of his/her position.

4. Lawsuit

In any action brought to enforce or interpret the term of this Agreement, the prevailing party in such action shall be entitled to recover all cost and expenses incurred in such action, including their reasonalble attorenys' fees, an othere reasonal expensses.
