Statement of Situation: Over the past 25+ years Mitten has aggressively cultivated a meaningful partnership with the Home Hardware organization and its building centers. During our tenure as a vinyl siding vendor we have collectively expanded our business. In the most recent period, under our new Ply Gem ownership we bring increased financial stability and the value of 27 coordinated building products under our "Designed Exterior" banner. The associated mutual efficiencies of one order-one invoice-one point-of-contact creates scale economies for all, but is delivering unique marketing and merchandising systems to increase same store sales. As evidenced by our recent acquisition of Canyon Stone the best is yet to come.

With Canyon Stone we will integrate their senior leadership and utilize their two manufacturing facilities over- time, in conjunction with the existing PG Stone plant in PA, for increased North American market penetration. Ply Gem is bringing forward new opportunities to partner with HOME HARDWARE to grow the store’s business. We’re always looking for test opportunities.

These Top 5 Building Centre’s have worked closely with Mitten to grow their business. Their numbers to- date show their loyalty to our program. The Timmins store recently converted to Mitten. We have provided them with a full size merchandising display unit, as well as a conversion allowance for the year.

Regionally weather has affected business both in the West and East this year.

Our team of National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Managers and Retail Sales Reps work together with your Stores to ensure that they are supported through our programs. As you can see below we have a primary contact assigned as well as back-up support people for each region. In addition to these supports there are Branch Managers in each location and Regional Operations Managers who work with our Sales Team to ensure that we operationally provide the service you require.
