The Mercury Stray Cats is a not for profit club dedicated to the enjoyment and preservation of 1967-1973 Mercury Cougars. We serve this purpose through monthly meetings, a periodic newsletter, our web site, organized shows and outings, how-to clinics, and social events.

In consideration of acceptance of the right to participate, Club members, by the execution of this application, release and discharge the Mercury Stray Cats Classic Cougar Automobile Club, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and servants, and anyone else connected with management or presentation of any and all club meetings, shows, swap meets, events, outings, clinics, or functions from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims whatsoever that may be suffered by any club member, member’s family, friends, guests, or acquaintances to his/her personal property. Further, each Club member expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons, and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of a Club member, member’s family, friends, guests or, acquaintances or participant assisting or cooperating with the Club member, member’s family, friends, guests, or acquaintances and under the direction or control of a Club member, member’s family, friends, guests, or acquaintances.
