We are delighted to welcome another fantastic author, Chris Bradford, to Worthing High School on Tuesday 28th February to talk to our Year 7/8 students and other local schools. The event will take place during periods 1 and 2 and all students will be escorted to the sports hall by their period 1 subject teachers.

Chris Bradford is the Top Ten best-selling author of Young Samurai and BODYGUARD series.

He’s trained in karate, kickboxing and samurai swordsmanship, having earned his black belt in Zen Kyo Shin Taijutsu, the secret fighting art of ninja.

He qualified as a professional bodyguard as part of his research for his Bodyguard series.

Recipient of over 30 book awards nominations, his books are published in over twenty languages, Young Samurai: The Way of the Warrior was deemed one of Puffin’s 70 Best Ever Books, alongside Treasure Island and Robin Hood.

His new show is BODYGUARD vs SAMURAI. This is a combination of his highly popular Young Samurai event with explosive new content linked to his BODYGUARD series.

Chris will be selling books on the day and students will have the opportunity to have them signed. If you would like to pre order books please visit WISEPAY where you will be able to complete an on line order paying by credit/debit card. All WISEPAY pre orders need to be in by Friday 10th February.

Students who prefer to buy books on the day should bring the right cash on the 28th March, however we cannot guarantee that all books will be available.

Chris is also happy to sign any books that students would like to bring in from home.
