The TW frames finished to desired wood effect by melamine polish after necessary surface preparation. 03. Supplying and fixing of aluminium 200 Sft Sft anodized section glazed partition frame work with top and bottom portion double side marine plywood board (9mm tk), middle portion with 5mm tk glass with all fixing arrangements, glazing clips, EPDM rubber gaskets locks and hardwares etc complete.(Manager cabin) 04. Providing full height partitions of 400 Sft Sft height 10’0” made of 3’x2” salwood frame work finished with 2 coats of termite resistant coating (to be approved by architect) with vertical member at 10’6”, level 8’0” level 4’0” level & floor level. The frame work to be cladded on both sides with 9mm thick marine plywood and finished with 1 mm thick decorative laminate. The partition to be provided with TW skirting of size 3” x ¾” on both sides and finished to desired wood effect by application of melamine polish after initial surface preparation.(Record Room) 07. a) Providing counters for cash of size 5’0” x 2'6" & height 2’6” made of 18mm thick marine plywood. The front portion of the counter (modesty panel) between customer and officer to be made of 2”x2” salwood frame work (finished with 2 coats of termite resistant coating) & screwed on both sides with 9mm thick marine plywood. The front sides will have 1mm thick decorative laminate as per direction. The edges of the counter lipped with TW frame of size 2” x ¾”. The TW surfaces finished to desired wood effect by melamine polish after necessary surface preparation. The tables to be provided with a compartment made of 18mm thick marine plywood for housing the CPU & also with a storage unit of 1’3” width composed of a drawer of 0’4” depth & storage compartment made of 18mm thick marine plywood. The table to also have a TW foot rest of size 3”x ½. The exposed surfaces of marine plywood to be finished with thick decorative mica & all the inside surfaces to be finished with 2 coats of approved colour of synthetic enamel paint over a primer coat. The storage units to be complete with all accessories such as handles locks of approved quality. Fabricating and fixing of writing ledge and brochures holder size 6’0”x1’0” made of 12mm glass supported with 18mm marine plywood stand finished with duco automotive paint so as to match the colour of the interiors. Glass edge beveled to half round shape suitably supported on plywood as per design. The work has to be completed as per architects direction. 12 PAINTING WORKS : 1400 Sft Sft a) Painting with internal walls putty finish with two coats of primer and two coats of glacier white (Code- 40028) colour emulsion paint of Nerolac all caps emulsion (or) equivalent in all height of walls including scaffolding, cleaning and supply of all materials complete. The work has to be completed as per architect direction. This includes removing of existing distemper by scraping and scrubbing(For Banking Hall) b) Painting with internal walls with two 3700 Sft Sft coats of primer and two coats of Oil bound Distemper of Asian paint in all height of walls including scaffolding, cleaning and supply of all materials complete. The work has to be completed as per architect direction. This includes removing of existing distemper by scraping and scrubbing (For Other Places) c) Painting the joineries with 3 coats of 1000 Sft Sft enamel paint over the priming coat of approved colour 13 Removing the existing toilet doors 53 Sft Sft and Supplying and fixing of C.W. Toilet door of frame size 4”x3” with marine ply 18mm tk. As shutters including all material & labour charges etc., complete Door size 2’6”x7’0” 3Nos 13 Dismantling the existing Manager 700 Sft Sft Cabin, Low Level partitions server room, computer room, cash counter(Wooden/Aluminium) etc. and taking back the materials TOTAL

CLAUSE:

Providing temporary arrangements for functioning of branch, throughout the course of completion of work. Dismantling the existing counter table etc., and reassembling them in a preferred location as instructed by Bank/Consultant to facilitate the commencement of works without affecting the daily operation of the bank.

The contractor shall not be paid anything extra subsequently and the rates shall suffice for all temporary arrangements sought by the bank till the completion of the works including all cleaning works and which shall result during the progress of the work.
