7. Additional Formatting Information

Use the two-column formatting as shown in this template. Use the following fonts: Arial 10 the main text; Bold Arial 12 for the title; Italic Arial 10 for the author/co-authors and for affiliation(s). Leave a margin of 20 mm at the top and bottom, and 15 mm on the right and left sides on the A4 paper size (210 x 297 mm). Use single space in the main text. Leave one blank line between Title and Authors. Leave two lines between last Affiliation and the main text. Leave one line between the sub-title and the following text. Center the Title, authors and affiliations. Number the Sub-titles of the Extended Abstract and start new paragraphs as shown in this template. Use Bold Arial 10 for Sub-titles.
