2. Position Title: Head Boys Golf Coach

3. Education Required: High School coaching experience preferred. Experience running High School or College level Golf Program. Experience and knowledge of the game and NFHS, PGA, and IHSAA rules, procedures and policies preferred. Have an understanding of Indiana golf courses.

4. Previous Experience Required: Coaching or Playing at High School Level preferred.

5. General Description of Position Duties: Builds personal and professional relationships with administration, teachers, coaches, players and parents. Prepares, plans, is responsible and well organized. Dedicated and concerned about equipment, safety, sharing of athletes, academic progress and participation numbers. Encourages athlete development at the high school, middle school and youth level. Provides proper instruction, teaching skills, sportsmanship skills and strategies. Positive role model and motivator. Able to assist in building team schedule and golf course management.
