BOX 1091 BEV MARION,FORD AT OH THE 43301-1091 PALACE December 6, 2011 Today we will hear from Bev Ford, the newly appointed Executive Director for the Marion Palace Theatre. She will look forward to sharing with us the history of Rotary's partnership with the Palace and to glancing ahead at what we have just around the corner through a short video loop of the remaining events for this season. In addition, she would like to enlist willing Rotarians (names and email addresses) to provide input for future programming ideas.

A Marion native, Bev is a graduate of Harding High School. After high school she worked at GTE until marrying her husband, Pastor Doug Ford, in 1980 when they relocated to Springfield, MO for Bible College. Together they planted churches in Hubbard, Ohio and Altoona, Iowa. In January 1993, they returned to Marion as pastors for Abundant Life Assembly of God. In 1998, Bev began her Palace employment in the box office as a part-time ticket agent. About a year later she took on the marketing responsibilities. Most recently (since 2006), she served as Director of Theatre Operations and Marketing. Bev and Doug have three daughters (Leah, Ashley, and Emily) and two grandsons and two granddaughters.
