SUPPLEMENTAL TABLES A, B, C, D AND E

Supplemental Table A

Data Summary for the 11,804 ORFeome-RNAi v1.1 clones

"RNAi position" refers to the position of the RNAi clone in the ORFeome-RNAi v1.1 library.

"WS112 targeted" refers to the number of WS112 predicted gene(s) targeted by the clone.

"WS112 name" refers to the name(s) of the gene(s) in WS112.

"WS9 name" refers to the name of the gene in WS9. WS9 is the WormBase

Worm Sequence genome annotation that was originally used to design the primers of the ORFeome v1.1 resource (Reboul et al. 2003).

"WS112 size" refers to the size of the targeted WS112 gene.

"WS9 size" refers to the size of the targeted WS9 gene. Since the design of the primers was performed using WS9, the size of the RNAi clone inserts are expected to correspond to the size of the WS9 predicted genes.

Empty boxes means that data is not available.

Supplemental Table B

Data Summary for the 19,920 WS112 Genes

"WS112 name" refers to the name of the gene in WS112.

"WS9 name" refers to the name of the gene in WS9. WS9 is the WormBase

Worm Sequence genome annotation that was originally used to design the primers of the ORFeome v1.1 resource (Reboul et al. 2003). "ORFeome Vpep" refers to the viable post-embryonic phenotype(s) obtained for this gene using the ORFeome-RNAi v1.1 library.

"ORFeome Nonv" refers to the non-viable phenotype(s) obtained for this gene using the ORFeome-RNAi v1.1 library.

"WB RNAi" refers to the RNAi data available for this gene in WormBase.

"Author" refers to the initials of the author(s) of the RNAi data available for this gene as described in WormBase (for example JA, FB and TH refer to Julie

Ahringer, Fabio Piano and Tony Hyman labs, respectively).

"Locus" refers to the genetic locus of the gene.

"Mutant Vpep" refers to the viable post-embryonic phenotype(s) of the genetic mutant for this gene.

"Mutant Nonv" refers to the non-viable phenotype(s) of the genetic mutant for this gene.

"Chromosome", "Start" and "Stop" refer to the position of the WS112 gene on the genome.

"RNAi position" refers to the position of the RNAi clone in the RNAi library.

Empty boxes means that i) the RNAi assay has not been performed, ii) the RNAi clone is not available or, iii) data is not available. Supplemental Table C
