February 14, 2017

Dear Parents/Guardians of St. Brigid-St. Augustine School students,

Enclosed you will find a re-enrollment Form for the 2017-2018 school year. Please sign and return the re-enrollment form along with a non-refundable payment of $250 for each child. The $250 deposit is applied directly towards the 2017-2018 tuition. Please be sure to have the re-enrollment form and deposit back to the school no later than February 27, 2017. After your re-enrollment form is received, we will then send out the tuition contract. If you are not applying for financial aid, please complete the tuition contract and return it to St. Brigid-St. Augustine School.

We encourage you to apply for financial aid if needed. Our financial aid process uses a standardized application from FACTS Grant Management Service. FACTS Grant Management Service will determine the eligibility for financial assistance for scholarships that are directly given by St. Brigid – St. Augustine School. Other Scholarships that come from different Foundations have their own application process. In order to be considered for assistance, all applications must include a copy of your 2016 tax return. To apply for St. Brigid – St. Augustine Scholarships, please go on-line and use the following link:

Tuition assistance is available on a limited and individual basis for students. The sooner you apply the greater chance you have of receiving financial aid. The deadline to apply for financial aid is March 31st. On the back of this letter, I have also listed other financial resources that you may find beneficial along with our 2017-2018 tuition rates.

Attached is a copy of the Parish Subsidy Agreement. To qualify for the Catholic tuition rate, parishioners must be registered and qualify in the identified parish. Parishes without parish schools are assessed $250 for each parishioner student in grades K – 8 attending St. Brigid-St. Augustine School. Please have your pastor sign this form and return it to St. Brigid-St. Augustine School with your completed tuition contact by May 1, 2017.

As the principal, alum (SBS class of 1975) and a past parent, I am excited about the future of St. Brigid-St. Augustine School. I am equally proud to say that we provide a wonderful Catholic education for all of our children!

Peace!
