Grouptyre Mercedes-Benz Retailer Promotion 1 st October – 31 st December 2016

1. The promotional period is 1st October to 31st December 2016 (Inclusive).

2. This trade incentive promotion is open exclusively to Mercedes-Benz retailers who are signed onto the Official Mercedes-Benz and Grouptyre Tyre Programme (on-programme dealers) and who are trade customers of Group Tyre (UK) Ltd, a company registered in England under number 03203659 and whose registered office is at Suite 1 Weaver House Ashville Point, Sutton, Weaver, Runcorn, Cheshire, WA7 3FW (“Grouptyre”) (or a Grouptyre member company) aged 18 years and over (excluding anyone who is an employee of Group Tyre UK Ltd, Mercedes-Benz UK, Pirelli Tyres, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion).

3. To participate in the promotion, eligible retailers must go to the Grouptyre website www.grouptyre.co.uk/mercedespirelliq4promo2016 and answer correctly the question relating to the promotion, and then register for entry into the promotion. All tyres purchased by registered Mercedes-Benz retailers from a member of Grouptyre during the promotional period will count in the competition as follows:

16” and below 1 entry

17” and 18” 2 entries

19” and above 5 entries

Pirelli 16” and below 2 entries

Pirelli 17” and 18” 4 entries

Pirelli 19” and above 10 entries

4. The first prize is a VIP package to the 2017 Formula 1 British Grand Prix at Silverstone. The prize includes accommodation for two people (double or twin room) on Saturday 8 th July at Horwood House Hotel*, transfers to and from the circuit on Sunday 9 th July* with full hospitality in the Silverstone Six suite at the circuit (comprising all meals, drinks, access to the viewing terrace and allocated grandstand seats). It will be the winner’s responsibility to cover travel to and from Horwood House Hotel*.

5. There will be 8 runner-up prizes drawn from all entries received. Each runner-up prize is a pair of Grandstand Entry Tickets to the 2017 Formula 1 British Grand Prix at Silverstone on Sunday 9th July*. There is one parking pass per pair of tickets. It will be the winner’s responsibility to cover travel to and from the event.

* The date is still provisional and may be subject to change which could also result in a change of hotel 6. Winners and runners-up will be selected at random from all successful entries on Tuesday 10th January 2017.

7. Winners and runners-up will be notified by email no later than Wednesday 11 th January 2017 and confirmation of acceptance of the prizes will be required.

8. All prize winners’ names will be available through promoter Grouptyre, Suite 1 Weaver House, Ashville Point, Runcorn WA7 3FW.

9. It is deemed a condition of entry that winners consent to any reasonable request for PR activity.

10. Any “benefit in kind” tax liability has already been paid by Pirelli Tyres.

11. No cash alternative is available. No correspondence will be entered into.

12. Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted by an alternative where necessary.
