DESCRIPTION OF HP SaaS BETA SERVICES AND MATERIALS

This describes the Services and/or Materials that HP is providing you as part of your participation in the HP SaaS Beta Program (the ‘Program”). Your rights and obligations for use of the Services or Materials is governed by the HP SaaS Beta Program Agreement (“Agreement”) and this description. All capitalized terms contained in this description that are not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings defined in the Agreement. The terms of this description shall take precedence over the terms of the Agreement.

The Services or Materials supplied under this description are and contain HP proprietary and confidential information, and you shall protect the confidentiality of the Services or Materials in accordance with the Agreement’s confidentiality provision(s).

Product/Services for review

HP StormRunner Load is a Software-as-a-Service solution for web and mobile application performance testing. This Product has self-service administration and enables performance testing and analysis of web and mobile applications. Its capabilities include: Performance test script authoring and editing, test planning, system monitoring, test execution and real time and historical performance analysis. The StormRunner Load service is only to be used to conduct performance testing of applications and sites that the StormRunner Load user is authorized to test.

Materials for review

HP StormRunner Load includes HP-provided compiled libraries, documentation and materials (collectively “HP StormRunner Load Materials”) used by HP to enable HP’s provision of the HP StormRunner Load service. The HP-provided compiled libraries, specifically HP TruClient, when installed by you in your Firefox browser enable you to quickly create performance test scripts for use in the StormRunner Load service..

Assumptions

HP StormRunner Load tests will be applicable only to external Application Under Test that is accessible for testing from a public cloud.

Additional Terms

The HP StormRunner Load beta evaluation period is planned to end on 15 September 2014. HP Reserves the right to either extend the period of the beta or to terminate it early. In the event of any change in beta evaluation schedule HP will notify the impacted beta users.

In order to protect and integrity and availability of this service for our customers, we have the right to suspend the service if we reasonably believe the service is being used inappropriately.

Feedback: You shall provide feedback as requested by HP, and shall fulfill other reasonable feedback requests made by HP during the Program Term.
