IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO NOTE:

Please refer to the Application Guidelines before completing the form. Complete this form on your computer. If you are unable to do so, you may print out the form to fill it in. The form will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

When submitting this application, the following information is also required to support the application: (i) Write-up of the project (max 800 words), stating the objectives and including a synopsis of the production and a list of key artists. Information on the target audiences and how the project will engage, inspire and connect audiences through the arts should be included. Translations in English should be provided for non-English projects. (ii) Estimated income and expenditure of the project. All potential sources of funding from government and/or other organisations must be included as well. All budget projection should be as accurate and realistic as possible. Funding consideration for application may be affected if the projected budget is not realistic. (iii) First-time applicants (individuals and informal groups) are required to provide a letter of support from a relevant arts group/institution.
