REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR SELECTING A SUPPLIER OF FEEDING PUMP FOR DECANTER

You are kindly requested for the needs of “Assarel Medet” JSCo to offer the delivery of 1 /one/ unit pump in accordance with the present technical assignment.

THE QUOTATIONS SHALL BE PREPARED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AND THE RESPECTIVE SEQUENCE OF THE REQUIREMENTS SHALL BE FOLLOWED. IF THE APPLICANT CANNOT FULFILL OR REPLY TO A PARTICULAR ITEM, HE/SHE MUST INDICATE “NO ANSWER” FOR THIS ITEM OR GIVE HIS/HER SUGGESTION

І. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 1. Model, type of the pump: NEMO® NM 045 BY 01 L 06 B or identical to this model. Requirement for explosion-proof performance. The pump is to ensure the optimal feeding product for Decanter CrudMaster CF 4000. The decanter is ATEX-classification: ATEX II 2G IIB T3. The offered pump offered must comply with these conditions. 2. Flow rate per hour – 10 m3 /h; 3. Main technical characteristics:  Feeding product - Density – кg/m3 ~ 850; - рН - > 2 - Dynamic viscosity – average 1,2  Pump housing / connections - housing material – 1.4462 = Duplex - position of the flange – up vertical - function of the housing connection – suction end - flange – DIN 2501 - nominal diameter (size) /pressure in the housing of the pump – 80/16 - flange at the discharging end – DIN 2501 - nominal diameter (size) /flange pressure at the discharging end – 80/16 - function – connection pressure - seals for the housing – FPM  Seal for the shaft - made from – Eagle Burgmann - structure – single-acting cartridge special seal - type – Cartex-QN15 - diameter (size) – 43 мм. 4. Quantity of the delivery - 1 /one/ unit 5. Delivery time – 30.06.2013 6. Options – all possible options above basic equipment

II . THE APPLICANTS IN THIS TENDER PROCEDURE SHALL PROVIDE AND CONFIRM THE FOLLOWING:

1. The possibility for delivery of pump in accordance with the technical requirements. 2. Offer fixed price excl. VAT both in EUR and USD as the currency choice is on Buyer’s option.

1 3. Delivery terms - DDP warehouse ‘Assarel Medet’ /Incoterms 2010/. 4. Delivery period (in calendar weeks) 5. Offer payment conditions: after delivery 6. Offer warranty period for the pump - minimum 24 months after commissioning. 7. Submit certificate in origin and quality from the manufacturer, in accordance with the regulations for safety and ecology in EU. 8. Attach a balance sheet and Income and Expense report for the last reporting financial year. 9. Offer validity - 31.12.2013

III . ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS : 1. Quality requirements: The pump must be in accordance with actual standards, regulations for the sector and conformity requirements. At the time of delivery to submit all necessary documents - certificates and declaration for conformity, warranty cards, passports and induction for commissioning, exploitation, ext. The applicants must confirm the requirement. 2. The applicants shall provide a list /references/ with all the locations, where the same pumps are been in used or identical to the offered ones for “Assarel-Medet” JSC, names of the contact persons with phone numbers and e-mail must be indicated in the mentioned above list. 3. The selected applicants shall present a complete list with all main assemblies and spare parts of the offered pump, to present exploitation life /in working hours/ of all components. 4. The selected applicants shall provide the opportunity for service for the pump at the time of the warranty period and after that period (Buyer’s option), to provide a list with service and store centers and delivery terms for the spare parts. In case that, the delivery company is been selected, the same one shall guarantee the following: - Upon concluding a contract, the selected applicant shall present a complete price list of the manufacturer for all spare parts, consumables and main assemblies of the pump in USD and EUR without VAT, valid for 2013. They shall also undertake a firm commitment that the eventual annual price adjustments shall be limited to maximum 1.5 %, as the price list for each following year (considered from 2014) shall be negotiated (within the limited range) and shall be accepted bilaterally. - The selected applicant shall provide Assarel-Medet with pump operation and safety manuals, service manuals, spare parts catalogue – 2 (two) sets of each + an electronic copy. The documentation shall be in Bulgarian. - Upon concluding a contract, the selected applicant shall provide training for the workers from the repair team of “Assarel-Medet” JSC, to operate and repair the delivery pump.

V . GENERAL TERMS FOR SUPPLIERS:

1. Please duly send the offer to the following address: To the Head of Monitoring Department, ‘Assarel Medet’ JSC, 4500 Panagyurishte.

2 Offers shall be only sent sealed in envelope with a note: Offers for delivery of pump for decanter. To be opened only by the Commission, appointed to the purpose The trade conditions (price and payment terms) shall be sent in a second smaller envelope inside the bigger envelope containing the offer. 2. Offers shall be only classified in one round. 3. The established order for keeping the offers, transparency and principality during the process of their consideration excludes the possibility of influencing the choice of contractor or the quality of incoming control through corruption. In addition, if and when such attempts are established, the respective officials shall be dismissed for breach of discipline and contracts with the corresponding partners shall be terminated.

4. Deadline for presenting offers: 16:00 h 10 .0 4 .201 3 г.

Offers, received after the deadline will not be examined.
