Sealed tenders are invited from the manufactures (OE&M) or their authorized dealers having sales & service office at Goa registered with CPWD, PWD, MES, Railways or CSIR and have carried out successfully completed (Started & Completed) at least one similar work of ` 33.80 Lakhs or two similar works of ` 21.15 Lakhs or three similar works of ` 16.90 or above in single contract during last 7 years in Govt. /Semi Govt./Public undertaking or CSIR and its Laboratories for undertaking the following work. Tenders will be issued during office hours by the Superintending Engineer (E), NIO, Dona Paula, Goa from 12th July 2012 to 24th July 2012 on payment of non refundable deposit amount as indicated above, by cash or DD drawn in favour of the Director, NIO. Tenders will be issued to only those contractors who show proof of their registration and experience in the specified field to the officer issuing tender documents. Tenders shall be received by the Superintending Engineer (E), up to 3.00 pm on 27th July 2012 and will be opened on the same day at 3.30 pm in the presence of all tenderers. The Director, NIO reserves the right to reject any or all the tenderers or to accept them in part, without assigning any reason whatsoever and his decision in the matter will be final and binding on all the tenderers.
