World’s Largest Steppers Weekend Vendor Information

About the event: Join us for the 5th Annual “World’s Largest Steppers Weekend” as we bring the nation’s top Steppers together for a weekend that includes the 5th Annual Red Carpet Pre Party and the 22nd World’s Largest Steppers Contest (where contestants will compete for $20,000 in cash). As a vendor you will have access to nearly 4,000 dancers and spectators over the course of these two main events from all over the nation. Don’t miss the chance to be part of this fantastic experience.

Vendor Dates: Friday, September 28th and 29th, 2012 *(Vending both nights is not required) Event Location: Tinley Park Convention Center 18501 S. Harlem Ave Tinley Park, IL 60477

Event Time: Friday 7pm – 2am / Saturday 6:00pm to 1:00am Vendor Set-up: 2:00pm to 4:00pm Load Out: 2am to 3:00am Friday / 1am – 2am Saturday (Early load-out not permitted)

Booth Fees: $125 per night for Basic Size Booth $250 per night for Premium Booth Placement (limited availability)

Payment Information: All payments must be made at the time of vendor enrollment. Confirm your participation by Friday, August 24, 2012 to secure your space. Confirm early if possible as space is limited. Fees can be paid via Paypal ([email protected]).

Basic Booth (10 wide x5 ft deep) - $125.00 $175.00 for Premium Booth Placement (limited availability)

 One 6ft. x 2 ½ ft. table  One black tablecloth  Two standard folding chairs  Outlet  No signs can be hung on the walls

Premium Booth (20ft wide x 5ft deep) - $400.00 $450.00 for Premium Placement (limited availability)

 Two 6ft. x 2 ½ ft. tables  Two black tablecloths  Three standard folding chairs  Outlet  No signs can be hung on the walls

Booth Spacing

Please note the following in regards to your booth spacing:

 ALL of your booth materials MUST fit within the confines of your space.  If you have rolling racks, shelves, etc., please request a smaller table. Please notify your World’s Largest Weekend Representative at least three weeks in advance.  To avoid problems on-site, think about your booth layout in advance. Send your WLW rep a complete list of your booth materials & signage to be sure that your layout will work.  All vendors are responsible for arranging their table dressings, tablecloths, signage, displays, etc.

Booth Placement

Booth assignments will allow for competitive separation. All space will be pre-assigned, you can choose to upgrade to a premium booth placement. Booth assignments are provided at event check-in and will not be provided in advance. Your booth location will change from Friday to Saturday night as we will be moving to different rooms. Gift Bags
