En 301 Unit 1 D. Bobertz Creation Myths Group Writing Activity

Due Date: September 24, 2013 Objective: To create an origin myth in which your group utilizes patterns and archetypes.

Now that you have read 3 Origin Myths and you have identified patterns and archetypes in this genre, you are going to write your own Origin Myth.

Directions: 1. Come up with a TRIBE NAME and creatively incorporate it into either the title or content of your myth. 2. Utilizing the same symbols and archetypes that we discussed during this first block of literature, write an original origin myth by choosing one item from each column:
