Contact number is: (719) 573-1234  May 5 - Pay fines to the main office  May 5 - All scholarship notification letters must be turned into the scholarship office.  May 9 – WESTPYS (6:30 p.m. PWHS Auditorium)  May 9 – CLEARANCE CARDS DISTRIBUTED IN FIRST HOUR  May 16 and 17 - SENIOR FINALS (1, 2, 3) (4, 5, 6, 7)  May 17 and 18 – COMPUTER CHECK IN  May 18 - CLEARANCE CARDS (8:00 – 11:00 a.m. in the Auditorium lobby)  May 24- GRADUATION REHEARSAL (12:00 – 3:00 p.m. State Fair Events Center) THIS IS A MANDATORY REHEARSAL! You will not be permitted to attend the graduation ceremony if you do not attend rehearsal.  May 24 – SENIOR NIGHT (6:30 p.m./PWHS Gym) Wear Gowns, no Caps (students report at 5:30) Dress expectations: NO tennis shoes, flip flops or jeans, NO hair color that isn’t a natural color, NO piercings that are not dress code compliant.  May 26 - GRADUATION CEREMONY (7:00 p.m./State Fair Events Center) (students report at 6:00) Dress expectations: NO tennis shoes, flip flops or jeans, NO hair color that isn’t a natural color, NO piercings that are not dress code compliant.
