Thursday, August 17 Turn in order blanks for Pierpont Production CD’s and DVD’s by noon.

8:00am-8:45am Sectional (optional) for all ringers with Fred Gramann 9:00am-noon Rehearsal 1:30pm-4:00pm Run through Concert Entrance; Rehearsal 7:45pm Concert Call (back steps of auditorium): Everyone: No perfume/after shave or strong hairspray. Concert Wear: Men’s Attire: Black dress shirt, long sleeved, buttoned down collar, black pants, black belt, black socks and shoes, white gloves. Women’s Attire: Black tops with three quarter length sleeves or longer, black pants/skirts, black shoes/hose/socks, white gloves – please no glittery earrings/necklaces, jewelry, no glittery accents on your black top. 8:00pm Concert – enjoy the fruits of your labor! 9:30pm COMPLETE tear down with EVERYONE helping. You may greet your family and friends after tear down is complete. (It can be done in 30 minutes!) A light reception immediately following the tear down in Evelyn Hall (across the patio from the Hall).

Friday, August 18 9:00am Everyone is invited to breakfast at the Bay View Inn! This is at your expense -- $15 / person, payable in cash or check at the door, all you can eat. A DRAFT version of the video will be shown. What a nice relaxing way to end the week with a chance to say goodbye—until next year—to new and old friends.
