I am applying for a space in the WFFM SPECIAL EVENTS. I agree to follow all of the rules put forth by the Market in the Rules & Regulations attached. There are NO rainout refunds or refunds for no shows. The Market goes on rain or shine. See the Market Rules & Regulations for general information and please take note of and initial the special rules below. IF YOUR CRAFT BOOTH PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET A BOOTH. NO SHOW/NO CALL FOR AN EVENT WILL CAUSE LOSS OF SPECIAL EVENT PRIVILEGES AND A FEE OF $50. ______(INITIAL)

1. ANY VENDORS WHO ARE COOKING OR FRYING FOOD ON SITE MUST PUT A PROTECTIVE COVERING UNDER THE COOKERS, SUCH AS KITTY LITER TO ABSORB ANY GREASE OR DRIPPINGS. ______(INITIAL)

2. NO SILLY STRING, CONFETTI EGGS OR GUM CAN BE SOLD AT THE MARKET AT ANYTIME OR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ANY VENDOR CAUGHT SELLING SILLY STRING OR GUM WILL BE CHARGED A $150.00 MARKET CLEANUP FEE AND WILL LOOSE MARKET PRIVILEGES. ______(INITIAL)

3. SNOWBALLS MAY BE SOLD WITH MARKET COORDINATOR APPROVAL ONLY. ______(INITIAL)

4. VENDORS MUST BE IN ASSIGNED SPACE AND SET UP FOR BUSINESS AND READY TO OPEN AT 6PM. SUGGESTED ARRIVAL TIME NOT LATER THAN 5:00PM ______(INITIAL)

5. VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP THEIR BOOTH AREA. THIS INCLUDES SWEEPING, REMOVING ALL TRASH (TO BE PLACED IN THE DUMPSTER AT REAR OF MARKET), HOSING DOWN & CLEANING UP ANY SPILLS THAT MAY OCCUR. IF BOOTH AREA IS NOT AS CLEAN AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED IT, A $50 CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED.______(INITIAL)

6. VENDORS MUST KEEP THEIR BOOTH OPEN FOR THE DURATION OF THE EVENT. LEAVING EARLY, UNLESS APPROVED BY THE MARKET COORDINATOR IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY, WILL CAUSE LOSS OF SPECIAL EVENT PRIVILEGES.______(INITIAL)

7. SALES TAX: ALL VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING AND PAYING ANY APPROPRIATE SALES TAX TO JEFFERSON PARISH AND STATE OF LOUISIANA. ______(INITIAL)

8. FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS MUST ACCEPT THE MARKET FOOD AND BEVERAGE TICKETS ONLY FOR THEIR PRODUCTS. NO CASH IS TO BE ACCEPTED. IF A VENDOR ACCEPTS CASH IT IS GROUNDS FOR LOSS OF SPECIAL EVENT PRIVILEGES.______(INITIAL)
