BENONI Executive summary

dimpleface media enterprises is a 100% youth owned enterprise aiming to promote young and upcoming professionals, the main reason for the fashion show event is to celebrate 22 years of democracy and freedom by hosting the first ever TSHWANE street fashion show on freedom day which is a public holiday, the motive of the event is for us as the youth of Pretoria \Tshwane we will be celebrating the freedom day by show casing our talents and via the fashion show and exhibition.

Street fashion has taken over the south African fashion market and as a company we have never seen street fashion being embraced in the fashion industry were we have never seen a fashion show being dedicated to street fashion as it has evolved over years, as a youth marketing company we have seen an opportunity to the biggest and the first ever street fashion show in the capital city of south Africa Pretoria \Tshwane were we aim to celebrate our freedom through fashion and the African beauty.

We are aiming to host more than 300 fashion designer, Beauticians, makeup artists, stylists, nail technicians and Boutique owners to be part of the event were they will be allowed to take in the runway show which allows them to display their work as creative’s and selling their work to the public and retail owners and the public during the fashion show by even having their own exhibition stalls were by the public can go purchase and seek information about their products. We are looking for more than 300 fashion designers with the maximum number of 50 model each per designer were they will show case their work, because this is a street fashion show we cater for everyone who wants to be part of the runway show, as part of the runway show we will be providing them with a professional photographer where pictures are taken during the runway show and they will be given to each participant as part of their work portfolio so they can be able to market themselves better. Models

Designer will have to bring their own models for the runway show as they we know what do the cater for which market in the fashion world, models won’t be paid but argued to freelance their time in the show because they won’t be paid as the organisers of the event we have decided to hire a professional photographer to take pictures of all models who will be participating in the runway show and we will compile the and help them in making their own runway modelling portfolio as a token of appreciation. Exhibitions stalls

Exhibitions stalls will be allocated around the venue where our participants can be able to sell and give our their information to the people who may be interested in their work and willing to buy from them, the purpose of these stalls is to make an income to our participants and to market themselves to a new market and clientele. Participant fee

Participant are expected to pay a fee of R2 000.00 for taking part in the runway show and the exhibition stalls fees may decrease pending on the number of participants, as we have no sponsors and we are providing free entrance to the public we have to organise the event on the funds by participants in other for the show to be successful and making history.
