Position: Retail Inside Sales Representative Department: Inside Sales Location: Remote Position, United States

Job Summary Under supervision of the Director of Practice Development, the Retail Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities along with growing our existing business. By proactively contacting and engaging in sales dialogue, the Inside Sales Representative will connect with targeted accounts to demonstrate Widex best-in-class products, services, and solutions. This position will expand our opportunities, by focusing on the “best-in-class” customer experience, relationship building, loyalty and revenue generating opportunities. Essential Responsibilities  Initiate outbound calls to Retail accounts by

o Proactively calling existing and Growth Accounts for Marketing/Training/Sales

o Calling New Acquisitions to assist with onboarding

o Developing relationships with customers

 Coordinate Sales and Marketing support to retail accounts

o Obtaining Monthly stock orders from retail accounts

o Communicating large orders with Professional Education Team/Director Practice Development

o Following-up with all accounts appearing on daily report and after field visits made by PEM.

o Monitoring and contacting declining accounts in order to establisth reason for decline and propose corrective action.

o Effectively and efficiently taking inbound service calls and handing them off to the customer service group

 Document All Customer Interaction

o Promoting and signing accounts to www.widexpro.com.

o Documenting all customer interaction in our CRM tool

o Effictively communicating training/marketing needs to Director of Practice Development and PEMs

 Manage and Coordinate Educational Materials / Marketing projects calendar with Educational Materials manager

o Inserting and maintaining CRM contacts affiliated with CEU seminars

o Acting as liaison between Educational Materials Manager / CEU coordinator and PEM /ISR /RSM team

o Assisting in overseeing annual CEU applications / fees / requirements o Assisting with Registering CEU attendees

o Tracking attendance / location / P & L

o Managing Material Organization and Administration

o Coordinating with RSM/PEM/ISR all CEU event requests – prior to submission to CEU coordinator

Knowledge and Skills Required  High School Diploma or Equivalent. BS/BA degree preferred.

 Telephone sales experience is a key component of position with successful track record of maintaining existing business, prospecting and closing new business.

 The ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment and be prepared to develop and execute strategies (business development, account maintenance).

 The ideal candidate will be processed driven and customer focused with a “can-do” attitude that is demonstrated each and every day.

 Motivated by individual and team achievement.

 Provide superior customer experience while driving customer loyalty and confidence in using Widex as a primary vendor.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

 Travel as needed and requested.
