How to request a New Remote Access Account or Replacement Token

To request a Remote Access account or replacement token follow the steps listed below.

1. Log in to myseagate.com then select the IT Services tab.

2. Select Access/Account from left hand portion of web page.

3. Click on “Remote Access Request” and fill out the form.

4. If you need a replacement remote access token (as opposed to a new one), under Service Categories click on “Problem” instead and then scroll down to “Remote Access Problem”. 5. Please contact the IT Service Desk directly for additional assistance.
