Dear Parents,

We are pleased to inform you that we will be running the Klub House play scheme for 4 – 14 years over the Summer holidays.

The dates of the club will be Monday 25th July – Monday 5th September and will be open between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm. Menu’s and activities are attached. As with previous holiday clubs there will be lots of different activities taking place therefore we would be grateful if you could send your child in suitable clothing and provide hats and sun cream. Children will need to wear socks and have long hair tied back for trampolining. Breakfast (toast), lunch and afternoon snack will be provided for the children and fresh drinking water will be available daily. Klub House logo’d water bottles are available for you to purchase from the Klub House

To book a place in the Klub House please complete the booking form below and return it to Keele University Day Nursery, Nursery Road, Keele University, Newcastle under Lyme, Staffs, ST5 5BG. Or email it to [email protected].. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT BOOKINGS IN WRITING ( email, post or drop off the booking form).

Please could we have all bookings ASAP. Places are very limited, book early to avoid disappointment. Bookings will all be confirmed and an invoices will be issued. No refund for any cancellations once the place has been confirmed.

Current fees are £28.05 per day or £130.25 for a full week. From August 1st fees will increase to £30.00 per day or 136.75 for a full week.. Trip day is £10 extra or £20 if you attend less than 10 days.
