Treasurer’s Report The initial Treasurers report shows all the money Petty Cash £92.39 from rents. This will be paid to the LCC. Cash in Bank: £6135.04 Bank Reserve: £4000.58 Still rents to collect.

Plot Secretary’s Report Peter will ask top of waiting list. 4 plots , 3 half plots and 1 full plot. Plot 135 John Goodchild. Still need to find someone to help him. Plot 4 –Richie this means Community Plot Beds available, also Richie is repairing shed. Waiting List – everyone contacted thus reducing the waiting list to 85! MAIN ITEMS

Plot 20 Plot needs clearing of rubbish. Liz has sent off for the Native wild flowers from Kew Liz will draw up a project plan for the next Gardens project ultimate aim of which is to create a meeting to involve some of the Committee and pollination corridor running from Hulme in Manchester to possibly some interested plot holders.
