Guidelines for switching from the old workgroup account numbers to the new account numbers:

 Any event that happens prior to 10/1/2006 (and any expenses associated with that event) should be charged to the old state- funded workgroup account number.  Any activity after 10/1/2006 should be charged to the new Smith-Lever account numbers.  Current account format is o L-WG (Five-Letter Program Area)- Five-character sub account Example L-WGAGPRO-APX70 (Valid through 9/30/2006)  The new account is formatted as o L-SL (Five-Letter Program Area)- Five-character sub account. Example L-SLAGPRO-APX70 (Effective 10/01/2006)
