I would like to invite you to attend our Parent Consultations on either Tuesday 14 th November 2017 between 4.00pm – 7.00pm or Thursday 16 th November 2017 between 2.30pm – 6.00pm. KS2 Children are to attend with their Parents to discuss their learning.

Please use our easy online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments. The process is very simple and will allow you to see all available time slots for your chosen day.

Please be aware there will be a crèche made available for younger siblings on both days.

Appointments can be made from 23rd October 2017 and will close Midday on the day of the consultations are taking place. Should you wish to make any changes after the closing time please contact the school office.

Your Details: Title, Forename and Surname

Childs Details: Forename, Surname and Date of Birth

DETAILS MUST BE THE SAME AS WE HOLD ON OUR SIMS DATA BASE – ANY ACCESS PROBLEMS PLEASE CALL THE SCHOOL OFFICE.

This will then take you to the home page where you can select which date you would like. Once entering your chosen date you will then be able to book the timeslot which suits you best.

If you do not have access to the internet, please contact the school office who will be happy to add appointments on your behalf.
