This is a list of things we need for Rocks the rock centers on Wednesday. I Scales am writing a note home to help Balance scale gather stuff - please check what Shoe boxes you need me to include in the list and circle what you already have in your class - now if you can 

Graph paper Sand Hand lens Chalk Black construction paper Magnifying glass Rolling pins Microwave We will have a special Rock Centers activity that we will do on Wednesday with all three 4th grades. The MAP pre-service teachers from the University of Alabama will participate in this activity. The Central Students will: carry art boxes, clip boards, pencil and paper.

The MAP students will: Take a card with a colored dot on it. Green - Peoples Yellow - Edwards Red - Minear Choose 2-3 students each (write names on cards and keep up with those children) Complete contracts Do at least 2 Centers in each room Keep up with the time schedule ( 30 minutes in each room)
