U6 RED vs Newington Gunners Red 2 - 4 This was our first very tough game. Everyone put in their best effort. Lazar and Mason played excellent in goal saving a lot of balls. Jobby and Sione played a strong second half. Well done to all the kids playing better every week. Player of the match – Mason Folau. Goal scorers – Jobby Woetai 1, Sione Folau 1

U6 WHITE vs Lidcombe Churches Blue 0 - 6 All boys played a great game. Mostafa El-Bahri was man of the match and Kane Carder played a great game. Lidcombe were a good strong team, well done to them.

U7 RED vs Carlingford Uniting Gold 4 - 2 On a hot time slot of midday and no reserves, this side showed true grit. First half saw Rachid show the crowd three perfect headers. Emily excelled at goal keeping. James full of cold did not stop trying. Phillip having his second game of soccer is improving every game. Harrison looks to be at home on the ball. Ahmed had an outstanding game in attack and defence with three outstanding goals. All in all a great determined entertaining game with a deserved win. Goal Scorers – Ahmed Dbouk 3, own goal 1

U7 WHITE vs Rouse Hill Anglican College 0 - 10 Rouse Hill were far too good on the day. Never mind boys. Man of the match – Jason Tran

U7 BLACK vs Carlingford Uniting Blue 0 - 3 Another exciting game. Great defence by Arthur, Arian and Mohammad. And some good saves from Lucy and Albion who both kept goals today.

U8 vs OLQP Falcons P 0 - 2 The end of our horror run having played the three top teams three weeks running. They now have to play each other. We again started slowly despite training for 40 minutes prior to kick off. James Valencia was on fire today, doing nothing wrong, attacking every ball and kicking it further than we have seen him kick it before. Well done James – Man of the match. Martin was also terrific in goals and strong when he had a run also. Again we were unable to maintain attacks and struggled to clear the ball.

U9 vs St Bernadettes Castle Hill L 1 - 0 The under 9s knew they were playing a worthy opponent. St Bernadettes made us fight every inch of the way. Our defence terminated St Bernadettes forwards when they broke our forward lines. Well done. The forwards and centres worked at locking St Bernadettes in their half and had several attempts at goal. MVP to Tony for consistent attacks on the opponents’ goal, Nick for pushing the ball through to our forwards and Jesse for terminating St Bernadettes’ attacks at fullback. 2

Guildford McCredie Uniting Soccer Club (is an activity of McCredie Uniting Church) Activities include Sunday worship, Sunday School 10.30am , Youth Group –Primary School and up (Fridays- call Katherine on 9892 1428).

Goal scorer – Ahmad Momaud 1 U10 vs OLQP Falcons 3 – 3 A game where everyone could hold their heads up high. A game you would have paid to see. The best attacking team against the best defensive team. With a few sick players and more just finishing, we knew it was going to be hard. Our team work meant we scored three quick goals and were up three – one. We seemed to have run out of steam and let them come back. Better luck next time. MVP – Junior Clark. Goal scorers – Jason Youssef 1, Junior Clark 1, Shaun Borg 1

U11 vs OLQP Falcons Q 2 - 1 A very good game to watch. The Falcons were good, getting the ball in the middle from the wing, but our defenders were awake and positive. Tommy and Zackaria made good runs and our halves put good passes through. Man of the match – Eloy Calderon. Goal scorer – Tommy Hedayat 1, Zac Gessey 1

U12 vs St Michaels Baulkham Hills 5 – 0 We started slowly today and allowed St Michaels to dominate field position. Strong defence from Hassan and Kyle kept shots to a minimum. A couple of breaks from Mustafa and Amarvir saw us take the lead into halftime. The second half saw us dominate and and shut out St Michaels for a convincing win. A rock solid defensive effort from Dharshan earnt him player f the match. Goal scorers – Amarvir Singh 3, Mustafa Nazary 2

U13 vs Lidcombe Churches 3 - 5 Not easy boys with ten players. A screamer of a goal from Chris outside the box. A lot more commitment to the ball and our team mates and we will go forward fairly quickly. Sam was our player of the match for giving his very best on the day. Must listen to the coach boys. Goal scorers – Pierre Mereb 1, Mohammad Farzam 1, Chris Cordoba 1

U14 vs St Columbas Castle Hill 5 - 1 With about twenty to go this game was 1-1. We certainly made hard work of this, taking some very poor options and sloppy passing to our forwards. When the opposition scored (the first goal against us this year) we were spurred into action and Dylan, Caner, Cem and Mustafa (from the under 12s) started to cut them to pieces. Goal scorers – Caner Temel 4, Mustafa Nazary 1

U16 RED vs Penrith Churches 4 - 0 After a messy first half the score was nil all at halftime. Then in the second half we hit the net but it was disallowed because we were offside. This seemed to get our adrenalin running and we got our act together. It was good to see what you have been doing at training put in to action. Keep it up. Just a reminder – watch the offside! Goal scorers – Cihan Ada 2, Nathan Cross 1, Abbos Ahmedov 1

U16 WHITE vs St Michaels Baulkham Hills 2 – 5 No report Goal scorers – James McManus 1, ? 1

RC North RESERVES vs Blacktown Uniting 8 - 3 8 – 3 certainly no complaints from the crowd about a lack of entertainment! Good team work up front today between Ahmad and Bobby. Tito and Carlos dominated the midfield and Mirwais consistently caused trouble down the right. Ricardo played a terrific second half and his finishing was clinical. Goal scorers – Bobby Sugarevski 3, Ricardo Zuniga 2, Ahmad Nazary 2, John Mastro 1

RC North FIRSTS vs Bethany Baptist 3 - 2 Terrific fightback after going behind 1-2 with ten minutes to go. Sam and Marco were very strong today in defence, but it was all about the match winner – PHIL RAFTER’s second goal for the club! And it couldn’t have come at a better time. Goal scorer – Greg Wark 1, Pece Kotevski 1, Phil Rafter 1

RC 1 RESERVES vs Moorebank Rovers 1 - 3 First half saw our boys put up a great game with Big Musa scoring the first goal. The defence was fantastic, all the boys put up a great first half. Second half the boys put up a good game, unfortunately Moorebank scored 3 goals. All the boys put in 100% Goal scorer – Musa Canli 1

RC 1 FIRSTS vs Columna 1 - 1 Both sides played a skilful game. A controversial goal from Columna saw the game end in a one all draw. The game was entertaining with many chances to score. The team is starting to put it together and are improving with each game. Strong game from the three defenders Matt P, Iain and Michael as well as Steve saving many goals. Goal scorers – Sindri Bergsson 1 3
