Ballot Entry – 17th April – 18:00 1st May Applications via e-mail or post must be received by the 1st May. Ticket Ballot – Friday 2nd May Confirmation of success in ballot and that tickets still required. 3rd – 6th May Successful members entered onto IRB ticket database by Ticket Administrator. 5th – 8th May Members confirm their details to the IRB (an e-mail will be sent from IRB as a prompt). 9th – 15th May Ticket sale window opens to registered members, tickets on a first come first served basis as regards ticket pricing. 16th May to 30th June. Rules Governing the Application for RWC 2015 tickets and the Ballot process You must be an existing paying member of the rugby club to apply for tickets and be one of the below membership types o Playing Member o VP / Life Member o Social member o Junior Rugby member
If you have a senior membership AND are a mini rugby parent this does NOT count as two memberships for entry into the ticket process.
If you have more than one child as a member of Juniors, this does NOT count as two memberships for entry into the ticket process.
You can only apply for a maximum of 4 tickets per match.
There will be a ballot for Tickets for Twickenham games and a separate ballot for game in other locations
Each game at Twickenham will be the subject of a individual ballot.
On the application form you must signify which ballots you wish to be entered into.
The ballot will be drawn via a committee consisting of o The Ticket Administrator (Nick Creal) o The Chairman (Andy Hancock) o Juniors Representative (Jamie Glanville) o An Independent 3rd party NOT affiliated to the rugby club and not involved in the ballot.
Following the ballot successful members will be contacted to confirm that they still want to apply for tickets to the Matches in question.
If the opportunity is turned down the first unsuccessful draw will be given this opportunity and so on down the list until the allocation is taken.
Successful members will receive an email from the IRB (international Rugby Board) requesting them to complete their details online. You must do this by the 15th May 2014
IF YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL IN THE BALLOT BUT DO NOT PURCHASE THE TICKETS ON THE RUGBY WORLD CUP TICKETS WEBSITE BY THE END OF THE WINDOW (30th June 2014), THESE TICKETS WILL BE LOST FROM THE CLUB’S ALLOCATION. Flow chart outline RWC 2015 ticket Application process
