Eligibility Conditions :- 1. As per tendering norms of BSNL. 2. All other terms & conditions are as per PWD – 6. 3. The EMD shall be deposited of any scheduled bank guaranteed by the Reserve Bank of India in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Accounts Officer, BSNL Electrical Division, Sambalpur in separate sealed envelope along with the sealed tender. In the event of non-submission of the EMD in the above said manner, the sealed tender shall not be opened and liable to be rejected. 4. The agency / firm or any other person is not permitted to tender for work in BSNL Electrical Zone in which his / her near relative is posted and the tenderer should give a certificate that none of his / her near relative is working in this zone. The tenders will be received up to 3 P.M. on 16.05.2008 & opened at 3.30 P.M. on the same day. In case, holiday is declared on the opening day, the tenders will be opened on the next working day. Conditions & tender forms can be had from the office of the undersigned up to 4.00 P.M. of 14.05.2008 on payment of Rs 104.00 (i/c 4 % VAT, non-refundable).
