I hereby acknowledge receipt of, and responsibility for, this eviction fund in the amount of $______, received from SunRidge Management Group, Inc. (as agent for property owner). I agree to use these monies exclusively for filing evictions and writs related to managing the above captioned property and under no circumstances will I use these monies for my personal use or to loan funds to employees, vendors, etc. In addition, I agree to maintain the Eviction Fund in a secure area at all times in the property’s office and will not commingle these funds with my petty cash fund, personal monies or bank accounts. Upon termination, I understand and agree that SR Employers, Inc. will remove, from my final paycheck, any funds not accounted for from this Eviction Fund account.
