RESIDENTIAL 1327.05 FEES FOR ELECTRICAL WORK

In addition to the fees for building permits provided in Section 1327.02, the following fees shall be collected by the Building Commissioner for electrical work:

New Residential/Single Family Std Electrical Package $ 200.00 - 125 Devices - Over 125 Devices, Each Additional Device $ 1.00 Base Fee – For Any Electrical Work: new, replacement, $ 40.00 or temporary, a minimum of: A/C Compressor Replacement (each) $ 15.00 Co-Generation Systems & Assoc.
