The 24 Lady Cavs were led by Natalie Srinivasan, who shot her second 25 straight 70, and Olivia Slatton, who contributed a 78; and 26 27 Whereas, to add to an already sweet victory, Natalie Srinivasan 28 won individual medalist honors at the state tournament. The senior 29 golfer and Furman signee also was selected as the 30 HeraldJournal/GoUpstate Preps Girls Golfer of the Year for the 31 second consecutive season; and 32 33 Whereas, in a sport that demands careful strategy and patient skill, 34 Coach Lewis Terry, assisted by his able staff, used his own athletic 35 ability and training to build a championship team and teach these 36 athletes lessons that will prove invaluable throughout life, both on 37 and off the fairways and greens; and 38 39 Whereas, the members of the South Carolina House of 40 Representatives appreciate the pride and recognition the Dorman 41 High School golfers have brought to their school and community

Now, therefore, 3 4 Be it resolved by the House of Representatives: 5 6 That the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives, 7 by this resolution, salute the Dorman High School girls golf team, 8 coach, and school officials for an outstanding season and 9 congratulate them on winning the 2015 Class AAAA State 10 Championship title. 11 12 Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be presented to 13 Principal Ken Kiser and Coach Lewis Terry. 14 XX 15
