 Government Financial Management Information System (GFMIS) – (Oracle E-Business Suite) Oracle GFMIS is a set of comprehensive solutions that covers the main financial functions starting with the budget preparation and approved budget allocations and then moving on to the actual budget execution. This includes the expenditure cycled starting from the purchasing commitment process and ending up with payment of suppliers. It also includes the revenue recognition cycle through taxes as well as other sources of revenue. Oracle GFMIS Kuwait implementation plan have 42 ministry and attached authority.  Civil Service Commission(CSC): This project involved building a completely web-based system to handle all aspects related to human resources, development, recruitment, career tracking, performance appraisals, and all other related HR activities as carried out by the CSC for employees in the State of Kuwait. The system enables CSC to connect electronically between departments, across departments, between finance and administration ministries, and to various other sources. This is the first official e-government project successfully completed in Kuwait and the largest web based HRMS system developed and deployed in the Gulf and Middle East region.
