Lots of fun for our members and a great time to invite your friends and members from other clubs. A new organiser is required for 2017, so do please come forward and offer to run this for your club. ACHIEVEMENT BADGES Achievement Badges for members 9yrs and over, Mini Achievement Badges for members 8yrs and under.Any member who has 20 Achievement Badges or 14 Mini Achievement Badges is eligible for a Gold Badge. The Blue Cross Equine Welfare Merit is awarded to any member who has 10 welfare related badges; Bandaging & Rugs, Care of the Horse’s Foot, Feeding, First Aid (Equine), Handling & Grooming, Lorinary, Mucking Out, Perfect Paddock, Saddlery, Shoeing. B & AH TESTS Training will be underway shortly. Any member wishing to take B Test next year, please let Elspeth Watson know as early as possibe. As Elspeth does such a good job of preparing candidates for tests a number of members from other clubs also wish to train with her and spaces may well become limited. LUNGEING & B + Test B + test is a riding and equitation theory test designed to reduce the gap from B Test to A Test, therefore the standard is mid way between both tests. You must hold the lungeing test before applying for B+. If anyone is interested in taking these tests please contact Linda Pearce 07970 542011
