Please refer to the list of prices for different types of meals and fill out the booking form below. Please deliver by hand or send by post the completed form together with full payment to Tai Tam Scout Centre at RBL 873, Tai Tam Reservoir Road, Stanley, Hong Kong. 2. The catering service at the Centre is provided by Asia Pacific Catering Corporation Limited. Please make payment for catering booking by issuing one cheque only in favour of ASIA PACIFIC CATERING CORPORATION LIMITED. 3. After payment has been made, the Centre will accept an increase in number of campers, but not a reduction in number of campers. The Centre must be notified in writing of any increase in number of campers at least two weeks before checking in at the Centre. 4. For each type of meals to be booked, the minimum number thereof is set at 8. 5. Campers shall take meals in accordance with the following time schedule. In the event of any delay for 30 minutes or more, no meals will be provided and all the payment(s) made will be forfeited. 6. Campers are required to assist in both preparation and clearing-up works (For example, setting up and clearing up eating utensils and dining tables). 7. The meal ordering can be cancelled only when the RED or BLACK rainstorm warning, OR Typhoon signal no.3 or beyond is in force. 8. Upon completion of barbecue, please assist in clearing up the barbecue area and extinguish all the fire. 9. If any special arrangement is required, please contact and apply to the Centre for its approval.
