Spelling Choice Board

Spelling Choice Board Name:______

Each week students will take a pretest over their spelling words. If they miss no more than one word they will be given challenge words. Both lists will use this choice board menu as homework. Students will be given the next week’s words every Friday with this assignment. Please return all completed work on the following Friday. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Weekly Words List: “Goal Words” are the words missed on the pre-test or words you feel unsure about. Parents feel free to require students to use all 20 words if you wish. Challenge Words: “Goal Words” are all 15 words. Parents may narrow down the list if you feel like your child has mastered some of the words. I trust your judgment.
