Explain and analyze MACRA’s two-track alternatives: Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) and Advanced Alternative Payment Models (APMs) 3. Describe best practices for physicians seeking to take financial risk in order to quality as an APM, including creating the legal and regulatory framework of such programs and addressing clinical, financial and actuarial issues.
