CIRCULAR TO CLUB DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS

All District Commissioners are reminded of the P.C.A.V. Council directives that,:-

 Prospective “A” Efficiency Certificate candidates must have their level of riding assessed at the A.B.K. camp, or 6 months prior to nomination at a time suitable to the State Coaching Director.  Prospective “B” Efficiency Certificate candidates must have their level of riding assessed 6 months prior to being nominated to sit their Efficiency Test.

This was introduced to assist the riders and minimise the disappointment at test time. D.C.’s are therefore requested to advise in writing to either the Zone Chief Instructor or the Zone Examining Secretary of possible candidates 12 (“A”) or 6(“B”) months prior to the nomination so that a suitable time and venue can be arranged.

SCHEDULE OF TEST FEES

“A” & “H” $30 per candidate plus $30 refundable bond plus $50 Examiners fee. “B” $30 per candidate plus $20 refundable bond plus $30 Examiners fee. “K” $15 per candidate plus $25 Examiners fee. “C* $15 per candidate plus $25 Examiners fee “C” $10 per candidate plus $20 Examiners fee per 6 candidates or part thereof

ALL MONIES PAID FOR A”H”B”K”C* CANDIDATES ARE PER CANDIDATE

 All cheques are to be made payable to BARWON ZONE P.C.A.V. with the exception of ‘A’ & ‘H’ monies, they should be made payable to P.C.A.V.

CERTIFICATE DATES TO REMEMBER FOR 2012 No late candidate forms shall be accepted

“A” & “H” Nominations  To the Zone Examining Secretary by Friday the 28th September 2012  Written papers are to be done on the first full weekend , December 1st or 2nd 2012.  Practical test at a time to be advised.

“B” & “K” “C*” Nominations * To the Zone Examining Secretary by Friday the 4th of May or Friday the 5th of October 2012  Written papers are to be done on the 7th or 8th of July or the 1st or 2nd December 2012.  Practical tests to be advised.

COMPLETED WORKSHEETS are to be handed in to the Zone Chief Instructor. Maxine Argento NO LATER than within the week following the written paper

“ C” Nominations will not be accepted unless accompanied by COMPLETED “C’ CHECKLISTS.

 To the Zone Examining Secretary by Friday the 10th of February or Friday the 22nd June 2012.  Practical tests - March 17th or 18th or 24th or 25th 2012. August 11th or 12th or 25th or 26th 2012
