Federal Contractors and Subcontractors

Disability & Diversity Consulting and Support

Federal contractors and subcontractors, we can help you meet your compliance needs.

Indiana Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) is helping Indiana companies that must comply with U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) affirmative action contract requirements. A division of Indiana’s Family and Social Services Administration and its Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS), VRS provides diversity/disability compliance consulting and services that can be invaluable to your company BEFORE and after compliance issues come to light. Indiana's diversity/disability compliance program was created in response to the DOL-Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program’s (OFCCP) increased focus on compliance with Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act. If your company is a federal contractor or subcontractor and has or will have a presence in Indiana, we want to help you go above and beyond compliance in the inclusion of individuals with disabilities in your company. Why go above and beyond contract compliance? VRS, working in conjunction with local employment provider agencies, can help show you how to turn Indiana's disability community into a large customer and labor niche market to grow your bottom line.
