Filling in this form will give you the possibility to evaluate the experience of your school partnership project and will tell us more about your activities, outcomes and impacts. This is also an opportunity for all of us to find out whether something could be improved. The project evaluation and report should be conducted together with your students and all partners. The form should be typewritten in English!

6 Instructions for Submission of the Project Report & Documentation CD

1) PROJECT REPORT

Please submit both report files (narrative and financial) via E-MAIL until 12 May 2016

DO NOT send scans via e-mail.

2) PROJECT DOCUMENTATION CD

In order to get a complete documentation of your project work, please send us 1 CD with all the materials produced during the project by all partners:

. all project materials, products and outcomes available in digital form . press reports on your project: scanned press clippings (newspaper articles) and/or a list in which media (name and date, country) there were reports on your project . do not forget to ADD BOTH PROJECT REPORT FILES to the CD

. to the “Project Documentation CD” also enclose SCANS of ALL the original invoices, receipts and tickets you indicated as expenditures in the financial report

Send this CD together with an “Index of contents” (paper/list) by POST to: Interkulturelles Zentrum “aces Project” Lindengasse 41/10 1070 Vienna until 12 May 2016

Remember: Please do NOT send separate CDs for single partner schools but just 1 joint CD !
