Instruction will include both lecture and laboratory activities and may involve Internet classes. The instructor will report to the Dean. ESSENTIAL JOB The instructor must possess the ability to teach the Recording Arts Technology. This position RESPONSIBILITIES: requires the flexibility to teach day, online, weekend or evening classes evaluate students’ progress in attaining goals and objectives, ensure safety and security requirements are met in the training area, meet with students, staff members and other educators to discuss students’ instructional programs and other issues; ensure safety and security requirements are met in the training area. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in 3D printing or a closely related field and 2 years of work experience using 3D printers. OR 5 years of work experience in a closely related field.

The successful candidate must be credentialed to satisfy all appropriate accrediting bodies for the courses assigned.

Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible work schedule is necessary, as classes will be taught during day and evening, and may be taught on Saturday. SALARY/BENEFITS: Salary is dependent on field and credentials for all Adjunct Faculty postings. Adjunct Faculty are temporary positions, scheduled based on class needs of the college. Adjunct Faculty will generally sign assignment acknowledgements which cover a single term at a time, and employment is not guaranteed. Adjunct faculty members do not receive benefits and are scheduled as needed. Adjunct Faculty work on a per-term basis, therefore future courses are not assured.
