Access Requirements The Defence CIDA training facility is on the first floor of The Learning Centre (Building 58) at RAF Henlow. Access to the training suite is via a wide staircase.

Terms and Conditions
Booking Policy a. Course places will only be confirmed once a valid method of payment has been received (purchase order, letter of Authority or credit card/GPC/cleared cheque payment). b. Payment of invoices is strictly within 28 days or before the start date of the course whichever is sooner. We reserve the right to refuse entry to candidates whose courses are unpaid by the start date of the course.
Cancellation Policy Cancellation 42 days before the course: full fee will be refunded / no charge made otherwise the following shall apply:
c. If payment from a replacement candidate is not available, the original applicant will forfeit the entire fee.
d. If a replacement candidate is found and payment is received, the original applicant will be offered a place on a later course subject to availability.
e. If a suitable course cannot be identified and payment from a replacement candidate has been received, a refund will be made. This refund will be subject to a 20% administration charge for the course fee; any standards purchased will be forwarded to the cancelling individual and charged for in full.
