Editing a Search Filter You can edit any filter that you created. System filters cannot be edited.

To edit a public filter, you must be assigned a profile with the General Edit Public Filters

To edit a filter: Step Action 1 In the Filter field, select the filter to edit.

To view the current filter criteria, hover your mouse over the Edit Filter icon .

2 Click the Edit Filter icon.

The filter criteria for your selected filter is displayed in the Filter window.

Intradiem Proprietary and Confidential 1 Editing a Search Filter Step Action 3 Edit any of the filter criteria including changing, deleting or adding filter criteria, changing the logic, changing the filter name, and changing the Public selection.

To delete a filter criteria, click Delete next to the criteria in the list.

If the criteria that you delete is included in the Filter Logic, edit the logic to reflect the change.

4 To add filter criteria, complete the criteria fields, and then click Add Filter.

5 To edit filter criteria, click Edit next to the selection in the list.

The current values for the selection are displayed.

6 Check your Filter Logic and change as needed.

7 To edit the Filter Name, type changes in the Filter Name field.

8 To change whether the filter will be Public, click to either select or deselect the check box next to Public. If you select Public, the filter will be available to other users.

Your changes are saved.

If you changed the Filter Name, click Save As. This creates a new filter with the new name. The original filter remains the same.
