Principal’s Summary: We had a high number of student turnover this past month, but our overall enrollment has remained the same. Our staff and students are embracing the curricular changes with TAP and Common Core and we have begun our practice pre-conferences, evaluations and post-conferences. We have begun working with our K-2 SUMS Grant which is a math grant for the principal, our primary special education teacher and our K-2 team leaders. This has proven to be an excellent program and was successfully implemented at the Florence K-8 School last year. Our first two day seminar will take place in September.
