The disclosure log summarises responses to requests we’ve handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Requester sought copies of applications for Grassington Festival of Music and Arts, Holmfirth Arts Festival and Flare Festival. These were partially provided with redactions under Section 40 (2) and Section 43. Requester sought information about software being used by Arts Council England for a variety of necessary procedures. This information was provided. Requester sought copies of the most recent applications to National Portfolio Organisation status from 11 organisations. These were partially provided with redactions under Section 40 (2) and Section 43. Requester sought a full copy of funding applications by DJ School UK and confirmation of the total amounts awarded. This information was not held. Requester sought a copy of the Environmental Policy Statements held by Victoria & Albert Museum, Tate Britain, National Portrait Gallery and the National Gallery. These were partially provided with Section 40 (2) redactions. Requester sought information on the Reviewing Committee for the Export of Works of Art and any media licensing agreements made in 2013-2014. This information was provided. Requester sought figures on the number of audio-described performances from the NPO/MPM survey of 2014-15. This information was not provided under Section 22, as it was to be published on the Arts Council website in April 2016. Requester sought for information on Arts Council England’s arrangements concerning IT software. This information was provided. Requester sought copies of applications and delivery agreements from Unlimited Theatre, Forced Entertainment, Stan’s Café and Tutti Fruitti Productions. These were partially provided with Section 40 (2) redactions. Requester sought a list of information held relating to English National Opera. This information was partially provided with Section 40 (2) redactions. Requester sought information on Bath Arts Workshop between 1969 and 1979. No information was held. Requester sought figures for the number of monthly Grants for the Arts applications for theatre, broken down by area and local authority. This information was provided. Requester sought information about the costs of implementing Grantium as the main software for Grants for the Arts applications and an understanding of how the portal would save £1 million per year. This information was provided. Requester sought an update on information concerning Arts Council England’s WAN contract. There was no update to provide. Requester sought copies of all documents and correspondence regarding London Coliseum Theatre since June 2015. This information was partially provided, with section 40 (2) redactions. Some information was also refused under Section 36. Requester sought information and statistics on the Elevate fund Expressions of Interest. This was partially provided with Section 43 (2) redactions. Requester sought a copy of the application submitted by ArtShare. This was partially provided with redactions under Section 43 and Section 40 (2). Requester sought disclosure of information held relating to Sporting Rights, and confirmation that no hunting rights were in place on Arts Council property. This information was provided. Requester sought a copy of an evaluation for the Building Cultural Resilience programme, a list of organisations selected and an uncompleted copy of the original application form. This information was provided. Requester sought a copy of the twelve successful tender submissions for the 2016-2018 Consultants Framework. This were partially provided with Section 43 and Section 40 (2) redactions. Requester sought information on the number of Grants for the Arts awards provided broken down by race, location and both over and under £15k. This information was provided. Requester asked about staffing numbers within Arts Council England and if there had been any recent data breaches. This information was provided. Requester asked for a copy of the Site Festival and SITselect Festival application forms. These were partially provided with Section 40 (2) redactions.
