Review previous Motion to approve the Minutes from October 13, 2016: Lisa will upload Minutes Minutes o Motion approved: Sheila to microsite o Seconded by: Brandy 3. Treasurers Report $10,490.74 in total, unrestricted funds None 4. Visibility by Design Holman will be engaging their creative team to develop the full Brandy, Joanne & Lisa to exhibit update creative for the display. TASC members will meet to explain our attend meeting w/ design needs and Holman will fully develop the design. Holman Agenda item Discussion/Outcome/Decision Action/Follow-up 5. Strategic Reviewed and revised Stephanie’s new Lisa to update planning  Terms of Reference, and website & finalizing documents and  Workplan send to members for approval at January meeting 6. New n/a Business 7. Roundtable  Etta, York Region Public Health o Community Safety Village of York Region York Region Public Health and EMS are working together to revamp their jointly owned building at the Safety Village. It will feature a story line involving our two mascots KYS the Cat and Parry the Paramedic who go on an adventure together and learn about proper helmet fit, pedestrian and playground safety rules, how to activate 911, car seats and concussions.

o Vision Zero PHNs attended the Canada’s Vision Zero Summit powered by Parachute on Nov 29, 2016. It was a great summit that examined the implementation of Vision Zero in Canada, drawing on international examples of Vision Zero and their application to Canada
