DATE: Saturday June 6, 2015, 80 shot Individual Match (starts at 8:00 am) Sunday June 7, 2015, 50 shot 4-Man Team Match (starts at 8:30 am)

LOCATION: Winnequah Gun Club is approximately three miles north of Lodi, WI. Take I-90/94 West to Exit 115; turn right onto County Road CS (0.2 mile); turn left at County Road J (1.1 mile); turn right at County Road J at the T in the road (3.3 mile). Look for Winnequah Gun Club sign and Indoor Range on your left. Go through the gate and past the building. Follow the new road to the High Power Rifle Stat Office. The club address is: W10219 Larson Dr, Lodi WI 53555. More information is on the club web site. Camping is permitted and the gate will be open by mid-afternoon on Friday, June 5.

RULES: Current NRA High Power Rifle Classification rules will apply. Empty chamber indicators (Rule 3.21) will be available at the range and MUST be used by all competitors.

SAFETY: Bolts cannot be closed until the rifle is shouldered and pointed towards the target.

ELIGIBILITY: NRA membership is no longer required for people to compete in NRA tournaments. Competitors must be an NRA member to set a NRA National Record. To be eligible for a State Champion Trophy Wisconsin residents must be a current member of Wisconsin-FORCE. If not a current member, forms will be available and must be filled out before the match begins. Juniors must also be a current member of Wisconsin-FORCE or an NRA affiliated club. Residents of other states must be members of their home state association. Teams shall represent clubs affiliated with the NRA or military unit. At least three (3) individuals making up the four (4) member team must be from the same club or military unit. One member of the Team may be a nonresident of Wisconsin but must be from an adjoining state (Michigan, Illinois, Iowa or Minnesota). The same applies to Junior teams.

EQUIPMENT:  NRA Match Rifle – Rule 3.3. Medallic sights only will be used – Rule 3.7(a).  Service Rifle – Rules 3.1, 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3 (includes .223 Rem)

ENTRIES: Individual entries will be made by using the enclosed entry form accompanied by a check or money order. Be sure to indicate your correct NRA National Match Course classification, and email address. Unclassified competitors will compete in the Master Class. Rule 19.6-Assigned Classification, or 19.2-Temporary Classification, may be used in making entry. Confirmations will be sent by email. Individual match entries will be accepted up to capacity of the range (112) until June 4. Entries received after June 5 will be considered late entries and will be charged a late entry fee. Preference will be given to Wisconsin residents who have fired this match the previous year and to current Wisconsin State Team members until June 1, 2015.

1 Team entries must be made at the Stat Office by the Team Captain before 8:00 am June 7, 2015 – limited to 28 teams. DO NOT MAIL IN TEAM FEES – ENTRY FORM ONLY! TEAM FEES MUST BE PAID BY TEAM CAPTAIN AT THE STAT OFFICE. Note: Persons firing the Team Match ONLY must pay $9.50 for the NRA and Wisconsin-FORCE registration fees.

SQUADDING: All matches will be squadded. Squadding cards for individual matches will be issued from the Statistical Office. Competitors must report to the Stat Office before firing each day. NRA National Match Course classification and membership cards must be shown before squadding is issued. A competitor who fails to present himself/herself at the proper firing point when his/her relay is called may lose his/her right to compete in that event. Squadding for the Team Match will be given at the Stat Office when registration is completed on June 7.

Saturday June 6-Individual National Match Course (competitors will score and pull targets) (80 shots/person, 2 sighters/position)

Match 1: 20 shots for record, standing slow fire, 200 yd, Rule 5.12 (Matches 1 and 2 will be fired consecutively for efficient running of match) Match 2: 20 shots for record, sitting/kneeling rapid fire, 200 yd, Rule 5.8 or 5.10 Match 3: 20 shots for record, prone rapid fire, 300 yd, Rule 5.6 Match 4: 20 shots for record, prone slow fire, 600 yd, Rule 5.6 Match 5: Slow Fire Aggregate: scores fired in Matches 1,4 Match 6: Rapid Fire Aggregate: scores fired in Matches 2,3 Match 7: Wisconsin State Championship: Aggregate of Matches 1,2,3,4

Sunday June 7 - 4 Man Team Match (50 shots/person, 2 sighters/position) COACHING ALLOWED Targets: 200 yards-SR; 300 yards-SR3; 600 yards-MR-1

Match 9: 4-Man Team Match: The National Match Course (competitors will score and pull targets)  10 shots standing, slow fire, 200 yards  10 shots sitting or kneeling, rapid fire, 200 yards  10 shots prone, rapid fire, 300 yards  20 shots prone, slow fire, 600 yards

2 CATEGORIES AND CLASSES: Separate class and aggregate awards will be given for civilian service rifle and service rifle if there are more than 5 competitors in each category. There will be no separate categories in the Match Rifle Division. 1st, 2nd, 3rd place awards will be given only if there are 5, 10, 15 or more competitors in a given match and class. If there are fewer than 5 High Masters entered, they must fire for open awards only. High Master Class may not be combined with the Master Class. If there are fewer than 5 entries in a class to provide awards, they will be combined with the same class in another category. If there are still fewer than 5 entries after combining all categories, there will be NO AWARDS in that class, and all competitors in the lower class will be moved back to their respective category in the next higher class, until there are a minimum of 5 competitors in the combined class.

In addition to the above awards the High Wisconsin Resident in each of the following will receive a Wisconsin- FORCE traveling trophy:

An appropriate award will be given to the High Senior and High Grand Senior. A special award will be given if there are three or more teams using a Service Rifle (all team members must use same type of rifle to be eligible) (Match 9). Wisconsin-FORCE Gold medals will be given to the high score in each classification regardless of entries.

POSTAL MATCH: This will be a nonfired match. Scores used will be from Matches 1 and 2 per NRA rules.
