Date: April 14, 2012 Site: Campbell County Middle School (8000 Alexandria Pike, Alexandria, KY 41001) Time: Coach’s meeting at 9:00 with events beginning at 9:30 Cost: $75 per team, (Boys and Girls teams constitute two separate teams). (B, C, etc. teams additional $25) Late fee: Additional $25 after meet. Make all checks payable to CCHS/ DCMM Sends fees to: Toni McKee/ Donnie Carnes Memorial Track Campbell Co. High School 909 Camel Crossing Alexandria, KY. 41001 Entry Deadline: Mon. April 9th at 8:00 PM. Send hy-tek entries to Dave Clark at [email protected] Divisions: There will be only one division. Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1 (additional teams do not count for scoring, but those athletes will receive awards) Awards: 1st place finisher receives a special award, medals to the next 5 finishers. Team trophies to the top 2 teams overall. All awards will be given out after each event on the in-field. Reminders: 1. Free bottled water will be passed out to all athletes after their events. 2. Only those athletes dressed in full uniform will be permitted to enter without admission costs. 3. All coaches will be given a meal ticket for a meal, snack and drink 4. T-shirts will be sold at the concession stand. 5. We will have a free open mile at 9:00 in which anyone is eligible to participate. Running Events: Only 2 athletes per team per event. Regular order of events however, the 1600 meter and 3200 meter runs will be replaced by the 1500 Meter and 3000 meter runs. All heats are final.

Field Events Schedule: All field events will be finals with 4 attempts. There will be no set time for any event except for the first round beginning at 9:30. All other rounds will be on a rolling schedule. We will begin the pole vault height for the girls at 5'0" and at 7'0" for the boys. We will begin the high jump height at 4'0" for the girls and at 5'0" for the boys.
